On June 25, 2025 Our Disaster Response Ministries International (DRMI) Chaplain Emergency Response Team was officially activated at the invitation of Daniel Navarro, Director of Volunteer Services for The Salvation Army Tampa Area Command.
Our DRMI team quickly deployed The Salvation Army canteen truck to support first responders battling a 100-acre brush fire in Plant City, Florida.
We were honored to provide meals, hydration, and a ministry of presence to the Hillsborough County Firefighters, Emergency Management personnel, Florida Forest Rangers, and Law Enforcement Officers working tirelessly on the front lines.
A heartfelt thank you to Daniel Navarro and The Salvation Army Tampa Area Command for your continued partnership and collaboration in serving our communities.
We also extend our gratitude to our dedicated DRMI volunteers and partners who make rapid response possible. We’re proud to serve alongside you.
Please continue to keep all first responders in prayer as they work to protect our communities.
