Disaster Response Ministries International (DRMI) Chaplain Emergency Response Team Led by Founder/President Dr. Raul Velasquez and Florida Chaplain Coordinator Pastor Robin Velasquez, the team successfully completed the Salvation Army Emotional & Spiritual Care Specialist course.
