Our
Services
At Disaster Response Ministries International (DRMI), our services are designed to prepare, equip, mobilize, and serve.
Inspired by Matthew 25:34–36, we provide practical assistance and Christ-centered emotional and spiritual care to individuals, families, first responders, and communities during disasters, crises, and times of need.
Disaster Response & Relief
DRMI mobilizes trained volunteers to support communities affected by hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, earthquakes, wildfires, and other natural or human-caused disasters. Services may include emergency supply distribution, hydration support, community outreach, and assistance coordinated with churches, nonprofit organizations, and emergency-response partners.
Community & Disaster Chaplaincy
Our chaplains provide a compassionate presence and emotional and spiritual care to individuals and families experiencing disaster, grief, trauma, crisis, or hardship. Chaplains may serve in disaster operations, community settings, churches, hospitals, shelters, and alongside first responders.
Community Outreach & Missions
Our ministry extends beyond disaster response. DRMI participates in community outreach, humanitarian assistance, evangelistic activities, and collaborative service projects designed to bring hope, help, and the love of Christ to people in need.
Disaster Preparedness & Community Education
DRMI provides preparedness education to help churches, ministries, families, and communities become better prepared before disaster strikes. Programs emphasize personal preparedness, emergency planning, disaster awareness, basic response principles, and community resilience.
Community Chaplain Training
The DRMI Community Chaplains Training Program prepares men and women for effective chaplaincy service through biblical foundations and practical training. Areas of instruction include crisis ministry, trauma, grief and loss, ethics, professional boundaries, disaster chaplaincy, Incident Command System awareness, and spiritual care.
Emergency Response Team
The DRMI Chaplains Emergency Response Team (ERT) consists of trained personnel prepared to mobilize when communities are impacted by disasters or significant emergencies. Team members work within their training and assigned roles while supporting coordinated response efforts.
