Hurricane Ian Response DRMI Chaplains 2nd Deployment

Fort Myers, Florida

DRMI Chaplains Emergency Response Team and the Cajun Navy Ground Force have come together in collaboration to assist the 55+ community affected by Hurricane Ian in Fort Myers, Florida. The volunteers worked tirelessly to provide aid and support to those who were impacted by the hurricane Ian.


Founder/Director Rob Gaudet and Director Camille Domingue from the Cajun Navy Grand Force worked alongside Disaster Response Ministries International Founder/President Pastor Raul Velasquez and Florida Chaplain coordinator Chaplain Robin Velasquez to make a significant impact in the community. They provided assistance to those who were in need, including food, shelter, and medical care.


"It was an honor and pleasure to have met and served alongside of Founder/Director Rob Gaudet and Director Camille Domingue from the Cajun Navy Grand Force. A Special Thank you and Blessing from DRMI Founder/President Pastor Raul and Florida Chaplain coordinator Chaplain Robin. God is Good," said Pastor Raul.


The volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure that the community had access to the resources and support they needed to get through this difficult time. Their efforts were greatly appreciated by the community members who received their help.


"We are so grateful for the help that DRMI Chaplains and Cajun Navy Ground Force volunteers provided to our community. Their efforts have made a tremendous difference in the lives of those who were affected by Hurricane Ian," said a community member.


The collaboration between Disaster Response Ministries International and the Cajun Navy Ground Force is a testament to the power of coming together to make a positive impact. The volunteers' efforts will not be forgotten by those who received their help
